Project: Curricular (university brief)

Date: 2017

Brief outline: To symbolise a chosen film with a minimalist illustration style that effectively uses the concept of negative space. To also summarise the film with a strong portrayal of an iconic moment within it, depicted through an intricate illustration.

Idea: To focus on the horror film ‘The Shining’, re-watch and pick out iconic shapes, designs and images to use within this context.

Outcome(s): 2x A2 illustrated film posters.
